“User(s)” refers to any individual, business entity, or organization legally operating in India or any other country and using the services of AS Fancy Number. Our services are available only to those who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Accordingly, minors (as per Indian Law, individuals under 18 years of age) are not eligible to use our services.

Users must ensure that their use of the Website complies with relevant local laws and regulations. AS Fancy Number is not liable for any consequences resulting from the User’s actions while using the Website.

We reserve the right to refuse services to any individual or entity at our sole discretion, including suspended or banned members.

The website does not represent the seller or the buyer in specific transactions and does not charge any commission for enabling any transaction. The website does not control and is not liable to or responsible for the quality, safety, lawfulness or availability of the products or services offered for sale on the website or the ability of the suppliers to complete a sale or the ability of buyers to complete a purchase. However, since it is not possible in all cases and is not 100% fool-proof, AS Fancy Number cannot and does not confirm each user(s) purported identity (including, without limitation, trustseal members).

• User(s) acknowledge that they fully assume the risks of purchase and sale transactions when using the website to conduct transactions, and that they fully assume the risks of liability or harm of any kind in connection with subsequent activity of any kind relating to products or services that are the subject of transactions using the website.
• User(s) agree that AS Fancy Number shall not be liable or responsible for any damages, liabilities, costs, harms, inconveniences, business disruptions or expenditures of any kind that may occur/arise as a result of or in connection with any transaction risks. 10. Governing law and dispute resolutions

Terms and conditions of use agreement and/or agreement, privacy policy shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Indian territory. AS Fancy Number considers itself and intends to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. The parties to this agreement hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

11. Miscellaneous
 

Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. The website’s failure to enforce any right or failure to act with respect to any breach by a user(s) under these terms and conditions will not waive that right nor waives AS Fancy Number’s right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. The website shall have the right to assign its obligations and duties in this agreement and in any agreement relating to any/all of its services to any person or entity.

• If any provision of the terms and conditions of use and/or agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. All calls to premium numbers are completely confidential. However, your call may be recorded to ensure quality of service. Further, for training purposes and to ensure excellent customer service, calls from AS Fancy Number may be monitored and recorded.

All refunds will be credited to your bank account. It will take 3–21 days for the money to show in your bank account depending on your bank’s policy.
• Moreover, after placing your order for a specific mobile number, the AS Fancy Number team will first confirm from the dealer and then inform you whether the specific number is available or not.
