Within 24 hours of payment, we will send the porting code (UPC) for your selected number. This code is valid for 4 days, during which you must complete the activation process.

To activate your number:

• Visit the nearest mobile store with the given porting code.

• Carry your Aadhaar card or any other valid government ID proof.

• The store representative will initiate the porting process and provide you with a new SIM card after collecting the applicable SIM card charges and recharge amount.

Once the process is complete, your SIM will be activated within 7 working days.
