AS Fanacy Number Return & Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
   asfancynumbers.com may issue a full refund only if we are unable to provide the UPC code for your selected mobile number within the specified time period, or if the customer cancels the order within 20 minutes. In such cases, the refund will be processed to the customer’s original bank account within 3 business days.

2. Order Cancellation
   Once a purchase is completed, customers cannot cancel the order under any circumstances.

3. No Refund After UPC Issuance
   No refunds or cancellations are permitted after the UPC code has been provided to the customer.

4. Partial Refunds
   In the event that we are unable to provide the UPC code for your selected number, and you agree to replace it with another number, a partial refund may be issued.

5. Number Type Clarification
   We do not guarantee that all numbers listed on the website are fresh. In some cases, recycled numbers may be issued. If a recycled number receives unrelated or wrong calls, such numbers are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. No Exchange After UPC
   Once the UPC code is delivered to the customer, no exchange of number is allowed under any circumstances.

7. Porting Responsibility
   Customers are responsible for porting the number within the given time frame after receiving the UPC code.

   • If porting cannot be completed, the customer must inform us immediately.

   • In some cases, we may issue a re-UPC, but this is not guaranteed after a long delay.

   • asfancynumbers.com is not responsible for providing the UPC again after several months due to potential technical limitations.

8. TRAI Regulations – Connection Limits
   As per TRAI rules, any individual having more than 9 active mobile numbers registered under their ID is subject to automatic number termination.

   • Please verify your existing mobile connections before purchasing a new number.

9. Inactive Number Termination
   If the purchased number is not used or recharged for more than 45 days, the telecom operator may automatically terminate the number as per TRAI guidelines.

   • In such cases, asfancynumbers.com is not responsible for the termination.
